This is where the house becomes a home.  We've streamlined the finish and material selection process by maintaining and stocking our own in-house showroom with the latest products and materials. There’s no need for you to run all over town trying to find your own tile, fixtures, countertops, etc.  Let us do the work for you!  The vendors come to us and if we don't have it in our showroom, we will get it for you – you are only limited by your imagination.  We’ll select and budget everything with you, so that there are no schedule or budget surprises later during construction.  You’ll see every detail of your house in our custom-made Interior Design Plans (iPlans, for short) – even down to the doorbell choice!  It’s all there for you to review and approve before we begin, so that the design and the budget are completely accountable to each other.
