Our first build in Frisco!

Influenced by modern architecture and contemporary design elements, New Leaf Design Studio designed this custom built home to showcase a modern aesthetic with elements of glamour alongside comfort and livability where one space opened into the other. This family of six wanted unique design elements that pushed the boundaries as they designed their fourth custom home!

The open living space of this home wraps around an eye catching pool visible through the 16 foot sliding glass doors letting the outside in. Towering 12 foot ceilings showcase a dropped ceiling with a perimeter reveal that house hidden led lighting that creates a wall washed glow around the space and allows for a drapery pocket with Kravet open-weave sheer drapes.

The custom designed tambour fireplace extends to the ceiling and disappears into the recessed pocket with a wood burning firebox finished with a custom mitered Tesoro Bianco marble mantel surround.

The pair of custom designed side cabinets hide the family room television behind vertical rolling doors when not in use. A carved Surya rug stretches across the lounge space, a black & white bone inlay side table offers contrast between velvet and brass side chairs. A marble, midcentury-inspired coffee table and a huge L-shaped lounge sofa offer plenty of seating for this family. Palacek sculptural wall decor crawls across an oversized wall opposite the spacious loggia. The whole room settles below the oversized John Richard antique brass and acrylic chandelier culminating in a place where guests want to gather and stay awhile.
