owner’s impeccable taste. It combines shiplap and wood beams with modern lighting and marble
countertops to create the epitome of modern farmhouse design. With guests frequently visiting
from out of town, the main floor guest suite is a space that is used often. The family loves
spending time in their backyard, complete with outdoor grill, pool, firepit, in-ground trampoline
and basketball court. The homeowner did most of her own furnishings and décor with recent
