SCHEDULED WARRANTY REQUEST

New Leaf provides the following limited general warranties:

1-year warranty for workmanship and materials. We refer to this as the workmanship warranty, and it addresses the craftsmanship and materials used in the construction of your home. Cosmetic issues, other than settlement cracks, are not warranted.
2-year warranty for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. This portion of the warranty protects against defects in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical functions throughout your home.
10-year warranty for major structural components and habitability of the home. This warranty covers structural defects in the major structural components of your home, such as the framing and foundation.

All warranty claims must be submitted at least 30 days before the expiration date of the warranty. Claims submitted less than 30 days before the expiration date may not be accepted.*

*You waive your right to coverage under any warranty if defects are not reported within the aforementioned time limitations. It is your responsibility to maintain adequate proof that you reported each claimed defect within the time limitation.
